1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to MR SERVICES. By accessing or using our repair services via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Services Provided
MR SERVICES offers repair and maintenance services for electronics including Laptops, Smartphones, LED TVs, Washing Machines, and Home Theatre systems. All services are performed by our trained technicians based in Visakhapatnam.
3. Repair Conditions and Estimates
- Estimates: A preliminary estimate of repair costs will be provided after an initial diagnosis. Final costs may vary if additional hardware issues are discovered during the repair process. We will seek your approval before proceeding with additional costs.
- Data Loss: For laptops and mobile phones, data loss can occasionally occur during repairs. We strongly advise that you back up all data before handing over your device. MR SERVICES is not liable for any data loss.
- Unclaimed Devices: Devices left at our service center for more than 45 days after repair completion notification will be considered abandoned.
4. Warranty on Repairs
We provide a limited warranty on parts replaced by us (subject to the specific part manufacturer's warranty policies). This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after repair.
- Software issues or viruses.
- Further damage to parts other than the ones we replaced.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the repair or diagnostic service. We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payments. Devices will only be returned after full payment is received.
